Join Waitlist

The Annual Program in Clinical Endodontics Symposium (APICES) is the AAE’s premier event designed specifically for endodontic residents. Over two dynamic days, this immersive experience prepares attendees to transition from residency to professional practice with confidence and clarity.

This isn’t just a meeting—it’s your entry point into the specialty community.

We look forward to welcoming 300 attendees at this year's meeting. In order to register, individuals must:

  • be a current endodontic resident based in the U.S. or Canada,
  • have a current (2025-26) AAE membership by July 13, 2025,
  • and pay a $170 deposit when registering.

Made Possible by the AAE, Foundation for Endodontics and our Corporate Partners

APICES is presented by the AAE with the generous support of the Foundation for Endodontics and valued contributions from our corporate sponsors.

Through their shared investment in the future of the specialty, these partners remove financial barriers and open doors for residents to participate in this transformative event.

Thanks to this support, all registered attendees receive:

  • Free registration
  • Shared hotel accommodations at no cost
  • A travel stipend of up to $200
