REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in APICES 2025. At this time, the waitlist is now closed, and no additional attendees can be accommodated onsite.

Due to space limitations and advanced planning requirements, we are unable to admit any further participants—either through waitlist registration or onsite walk-ins. 

We appreciate your understanding and continued interest in the AAE’s resident-focused programming. Please stay tuned for future opportunities to engage with the AAE and the Foundation for Endodontics throughout the year.

Registration Requirements

• Attendance will be capped at 300 participants. Once capacity is met, a waitlist will be maintained on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests to be added to the waitlist will not be accepted by phone or email. All waitlist requests must be submitted directly by the resident through the official online waitlist form. 
• Attendees must have a current (2025-2026) AAE membership by July 13, 2025, to be eligible to attend. If a registrant does not have a current resident membership by July 13, 2025, their registration will be canceled and their spot given to a resident from the waitlist. To renew, please go to aae.org/renew.
• All attendees must pay a $170 deposit when registering. This deposit will be refunded following the meeting. To qualify for the travel stipend, residents must attend all educational events. Failure to attend those presentations will result in the resident not receiving reimbursement. Attendance will be taken. If you do not cancel your registration and no show, the deposit will not be returned.

Cancellations

Registration may be refunded, less a processing fee, if the AAE receives notification of the cancellation by July 16, 2025. Refunds for APICES will not be granted after July 16, 2025.
